The Seesaw Quilt Block is the February block for our 2012 Block of the Month Quilt - "Heaven and Earth"

The block is pieced in the hoop.

There are 3 different size blocks: 12", 10" and 8"

Directions for cutting your fabric using a rotary cutter are included, and the design is sewn with 1/4" seams.

Directions are given for cutting your fabric with the AccuQuilt GO! and Studio fabric cutters for the 12" block.

It is pieced completely in the hoop, allowing you to achieve precise and repeatable blocks.

The helpfiles include Templates that will show you the order in which to add the fabric pieces, as well as fabric requirements for each block; and ideas for using the block to make a tablerunner and placemats.

Design sizes are 6.5" x 6.5" (165.2 x 165mm); 5.5 x 5.5" (139.4 x 139.4mm); 4.5 x 4.5" (114.2 x 114.2mm)

Finished quilt size is 48 x 61.5"; 42" x 55.5"; 36" x 49.5"

The blocks can also be used to make lovely placemats and tablerunners.
