The Turnstile block is pieced in the hoop. It requires multi-hooping, then you will sew the smaller blocks together at the sewing machine.

The Turnstile block is provided in 4 sizes: 8" (200mm); 6" (150) ; 5" (125mm) and 4" (100mm)

It is pieced completely in the hoop, allowing you to achieve precise and repeatable blocks.

You will be able to make finished blocks of 8", 10" and 12"

The helpfiles include Templates, which will show you the order in which to add the fabric pieces, as well as fabric requirements for each block.

If you have a machine with a hoop that is larger than 8" x 8", like the Janome 11000 (Macro hoop), Janome M1, Bernina830, Brother Quattro, PR600, Babylock Ellisimo, Pfaff CV, Husqvarna Diamond, you will be able to embroider all 4 subsets in one hooping. You will need to sew one seam at the machine to complete your block. This will give you an 8" block.

For the 4", 5" and 6" designs you will need to embroider 4 subsets, and then seam them together at the machine to complete your block.

The 5" design will give you a 10" block.

The 6" design will give you a 12" block
