Frequently Asked Questions!
- How long will it take to do the quilting? All over patterns can be done within one week; custom quilting may take up to four weeks.
- How can I get a quote? Send us an email with the size of your quilt, some photos of it and some suggestions of how you would like it quilted.
- What if I have no idea of how I want it quilted? We would love to advise you and will give you several ideas to choose from.
- Can I post my quilt to you and then discuss the quilting over the phone? Yes, send your quilt by Registered Post, so that it has to be signed for and can be tracked. We will send it back to you Registered Post and insured.
- How can I pay for the quilting? By direct deposit to our Bank account, or by credit card.
- I've used KennyKreations embroidery designs on my quilt. Can I get a discount? Yes, we will give you 10% off the normal price.
- I have not made a label for my quilt. We will make one for you - it is really important to label your quilt, so that future generations will know the history of the quilt.
