When you purchase or download designs, design collections, sewing projects, videos, tutorials, tips and hints, and any other design files or printed information from KennyKreations, you agree to the Terms & Conditions stated on this page, and in the Copyright Statements attached to all of our design files.

All designs and design collections available from KennyKreations are digitised from original artwork or copyright-free artwork. The copyright for all of these designs remains with KennyKreations. Instruction files, downloadable tutorials, videos, tips and hints, ebooks and other printed information which may be obtained from the KennyKreations site, are all the intellectual property of KennyKreations. It is illegal to copy them, without written permission from KennyKreations.

The design, layout and functionality of the KennyKreations website, including all text and images are the intellectual property of KennyKreations. It is illegal to copy them, without written permission from KennyKreations.

Copyright and Trademark Rights:  All software, embroidery designs, artwork, and documents produced and marketed by KennyKreations are protected by International Copyright Law and International Treaty provisions. Unauthorised duplication, alteration, copying and distribution of the same constitute copyright infringement. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of our copyright materials is strictly prohibited and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. The digitised files, artwork and associated documents remain the copyright property of KennyKreations and cannot be sold, altered, given away, shared, traded, changed, re-digitised or transferred in any way.  It is an infringement of our copyright to hire out, rent, lease or lend our designs on CDs, flash cards, memory cards or any other kind of media.

KennyKreations designs and documents may not be used in lessons, without prior written permission from KennyKreations. Permission may be granted on the following conditions: (i) that KennyKreations is acknowledged as the author of the designs; (ii) that all participants purchase their own copy of the designs; (iii) that a copy of the advertisement of the classes is submitted to KennyKreations. KennyKreations retains the right not to grant permission, and to withdraw permission to use our designs and instructional documents in lessons.

Free Designs and Design Samples may be used for personal use only. Sales of products using these designs are strictly prohibited, unless prior written permission is granted by KennyKreations.

The original purchaser is licensed to use these designs to create stitched embroidery projects for personal use, gifts and individual items for sale (but not for mass production) at boutiques,  markets, and craft fair; any items for sale must contain a label stating:
"These are the original designs of KennyKreations.

They may not be sold on Ebay.

Replacements & Refunds
All designs will be delivered by digital download, unless otherwise arranged.
Because of the nature of electronic media, all sales are final. There will be no refunds.
Damaged or corrupted design files and/or help files will be replaced upon verification of your original order.
Replacement design files will be provided in the event of loss or a hard drive crash upon verification of your original order.
